Exchange and Return Terms :
- If the customer wishes to exchange the product without a defect, the customer is responsible for the new shipping costs and return fees.
- If the order has been shipped to the customer and they wish to cancel the order and receive a refund, the shipping and return fees will be calculated, and the remaining amount will be returned to the customer's account after the shipment is received by the shipping company within a maximum of 7 business days.
- If the item is defective or does not match the website description, you have the right to exchange it and receive a new item free of charge. We would like to clarify that our offers and discounts do not include returns or exchanges.
