If the item has a manufacturing defect or does not match the description on the website, you have the right to exchange it completely free of charge, and Bellas will bear all shipping costs without any expense to you.
2. Order cancellation after shipping: If you decide to cancel the order after it has been shipped, the original shipping fees and return fees will be deducted from the amount paid. The remaining amount will be refunded to your account within a maximum of 7 business days after the shipment arrives and is inspected by us.
3. Changing model or color (without defect): If you wish to exchange the product for a different model or color without a manufacturing defect, the new shipping and return costs will be the customer's responsibility.
4. Exclusion of offers and discounts: Please note: Products purchased during offer and discount periods are not eligible for exchange or return. Please ensure your final selection before completing the order.
5. International orders: We apologize, but orders shipped outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not eligible for return or exchange.
